We also address the differences between a short-term break and a indefinite exclusion, so you can choose the option that best matches your needs. No complex jargon, no hidden steps — just a calm, methodical path toward account closure that honors both your time and your rights as a Spanish player.
Accessing Your Account to Initiate the Process
Every account closure at RoyalsTiger Casino commences from the login page, which functions as the protected gateway to your player dashboard. Access your browser and navigate to the main RoyalsTiger Casino website, then find the login area. Enter the email address and password you used during registration. If you have activated two‑factor authentication — a security measure we highly recommend — you will be prompted to provide the one‑time code created by your authenticator app or transmitted via SMS. Once verified, you end up on your personal homepage where all account management tools are present. From here, search for the “Responsible Gaming” or “Account Settings” section; the exact label may change slightly depending on the device you are on, but it is constantly accessible from the main navigation menu. We built the interface so that Spanish players can reach the closure request form in three clicks or less after login. If you have misplaced your password, use the “Forgot Password” link on the login screen to reset it via email. Keep in mind that for security reasons we track IP addresses and device fingerprints during the login session, which aids us safeguard your account from unauthorised closure attempts. Once you are logged in, you are prepared to move to the identity verification step.
What Happens to Your Remaining Balance
Any real‑money balance left in your RoyalsTiger Casino account at the point of closure is owned by you, and we are dedicated to refunding it without excessive delay. When you submit a closure request, our system automatically checks for a cashable balance. If funds are available, the closure is put in a pending state until the withdrawal is processed. For verified accounts, we transfer the money back to the identical payment method utilized for your last deposit, in compliance with anti‑money laundering rules. If that method is no longer valid — for example, a cancelled credit card or an expired e‑wallet — our payments team will contact you via email to set up an alternative, which may require a fresh proof of account ownership. Withdrawals usually take between one and three business days for e‑wallets and three to five business days for bank transfers, based on your financial institution in Spain. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from uncompleted wagering requirements are surrendered upon closure, as outlined in our terms and conditions. We highly advise you to take out your balance before starting the closure, because once the account is closed you will not be able to log in and submit a payout through the standard cashier. If you neglect, our support team can still help, but the process will need longer and demand manual verification.
Getting Ready Your Account for Termination
Before you start the closure process, completing a few preparatory steps will make the process smoother and help avoid delays. First, sign in to your RoyalsTiger Casino account and go to the cashier section. Review your current balance and decide whether you want to withdraw the full amount or leave a small sum if you aim to return after a cooling‑off period. We suggest initiating a withdrawal for your entire real‑money balance because once the account is closed, manual intervention is necessary to release funds, which can add several business days to the timeline. Next, verify that your personal details — full name, date of birth, address, and tax identification number — match the information on your official identity document. Spanish regulations demand that we verify your identity before handling a permanent closure, and mismatched records can lead to a request to be paused. Also, terminate any active bonuses or open wagering requirements if you do not mean to complete them; otherwise, the bonus funds will be lost upon closure. Finally, store or screenshot your transaction history if you want it for personal records, because access to the account will be restricted once the closure takes effect. These simple preparations need only a few minutes and ensure that your request moves forward without unnecessary back‑and‑forth.
Reactivating a Closed Account: What You Need to Know
Reopening a RoyalsTiger Casino account is wholly determined by the type of closure you originally selected. If you opted for a temporary cooling‑off period, no steps are necessary — the account reactivates on its own at the end of the picked timeframe, and you can log in and game as earlier. All your settings, game history, and payment methods remain intact. For permanent self‑exclusions, the path back is more intentional. Spanish regulations mandate a minimum cooling‑off period of six months before we can even consider a reactivation request. After that time, you must send a written request to our support team outlining why you desire to rejoin. We will then carry out a responsible gambling assessment, which might encompass a questionnaire about your present behaviors and, in some cases, a request for documentation proving that your financial or personal situation has settled. This is not a punishment; it is a safeguard required by our licence to shield vulnerable players. Following reactivation, we may apply deposit limits or session reminders for an introductory phase. Please understand that if you are listed in the national self‑exclusion database, reopening an account with us will not take you off that register, and you stay blocked from other Spanish operators until the exclusion runs out or is formally lifted through the DGOJ.
Comprehending Account Closure at RoyalsTiger Casino
Account closure at RoyalsTiger Casino is not a sole button buried deep inside a menu. It is a recorded process that we have structured around the requirements of Spanish Royal Decree 1614/2011 and the technical standards issued by the DGOJ. When you request closure, you are formally asking us to deactivate your player profile and prevent any further deposits, wagers, or access to real‑money games. We distinguish between two main paths: a temporary cooling‑off period, which can run from 24 hours up to six months, and a permanent self‑exclusion that has no automatic expiry. Both options are free of charge and can be started directly from your account after logging in. During the closure, we halt all marketing communications, delete your payment methods from active use, and freeze any pending bonus playthrough requirements. It is crucial to know that a closure request is irreversible for the chosen duration, so we recommend you to withdraw any remaining balance before you submit the form. Our support team is ready to explain the implications, but the final decision always rests with you. By making the process transparent, we aim to give you assurance that your choice will be respected promptly and without unnecessary friction.
Understanding the Account Closure Page
The account closure form in itself is a brief, single‑page form that gathers only the goal.com data required to handle your request. After identity verification, you will see the form within the “Account Closure” tab in your account settings. The opening field prompts you to choose the category of action: temporary cooling‑off or long-term self‑exclusion. If you choose temporary, a selection menu allows you to select a duration ranging one day to six months. For permanent closure, you just acknowledge that you are aware the step cannot be changed through the usual platform. We then request you to choose a principal motivation from a predefined list — choices include “financial management,” “taking a break,” “concern about gambling habits,” and “other.” You may also add a free‑text message if you want, though this is not required. Before finalizing, the form shows a summary of the implications: loss of access of access to play, cancellation of outstanding promotions, and the timeline for returning any remaining funds. You must tick a box confirming that you have read and comprehended these rules. Once you click “Submit,” the system right away ends your session and dispatches a confirmation email to your on-file email address. The complete form requires less than three minutes to fill out, and our support team is alerted automatically to start the background work.
Confirming Your Identification Securely
Spanish gambling law requires licensed operators to authenticate the identity of any player seeking a permanent account closure or self‑exclusion. At RoyalsTiger Casino we handle this verification as a security checkpoint, not a hurdle. After you indicate that you want to close your account, our system will prompt you to upload a clear, colour copy of a valid government‑issued identity document — typically your DNI, NIE, or passport. We also request a recent proof of address, such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months, showing your full name and residential address in Spain. All documents are sent over an encrypted TLS 1.3 connection and stored in a segregated, access‑controlled server environment that satisfies the GDPR and the Spanish Organic Law on Data Protection. Our compliance team checks submissions within one business day, and you will receive an email notification once verification is complete. If any document is blurry or expired, we will request you to resubmit, but we never request sensitive information over the phone or through unofficial channels. This step exists to prevent fraudulent closure attempts and to make sure that the person making the request is genuinely the account holder. Once verified, you can go ahead to fill out the closure form without further identity checks.
Understanding the Self-Exclusion and Cooling-Off Choices
Choosing between a temporary break and a long-term self-exclusion is the most important decision in the closing process. A time-out is a time‑limited break during which your RoyalsTiger Casino account is entirely unavailable. You are unable to log in, deposit, or play, and we stop all marketing emails and texts. At the end of the selected duration — which could be as little as 24 hours or up to six months — the account reactivates on its own, and you can resume playing without contacting support. This option is perfect if you simply need a brief break to adjust your routines. A permanent self‑exclusion, on the other hand, is designed for players who aim to quit gambling for an unlimited time. Once initiated, the exclusion has no expiry date and cannot be reversed through the website. Spanish regulations require a six-month minimum waiting period before you are even able to seek reactivation, and we may ask for additional documentation to ensure that your circumstances have changed. During a permanent exclusion, we likewise provide your details with the DGOJ’s countrywide self-exclusion list, which prevents you from opening accounts with other authorized casinos in Spain. We urge you to think about your objectives carefully and, if you feel uncertain, to begin with a time-out period before choosing a permanent measure.
The way We Handle Your Private Information After Account Closure
Data protection is a cornerstone of our closure procedure. When you close your account, we promptly restrict access to your personal information within our internal systems. Your profile is flagged as inactive, and only approved compliance and finance personnel can view it for the objectives of processing outstanding withdrawals or fulfilling legal obligations. Under Spanish data retention laws, we are required to keep certain records — such as transaction logs, identity documents, and self‑exclusion confirmations — for a period of up to ten years after the account closure date. This retention is needed to comply with anti‑money laundering directives and to provide evidence in the event of a dispute. However, we delete or anonymise any data that is not legally mandated, including browsing behaviour, game preferences, and marketing profiles. Your email address remains on a suppression list to ensure we do not accidentally send you promotional material. If you opted for permanent self‑exclusion, your basic identification data is also transmitted to the DGOJ’s register, as required by law. We never sell or share your information with third parties for commercial purposes. You can request a copy of the data we hold by contacting our Data Protection Officer, and we will respond within the timeframe set by the GDPR.
